How to Map Out the Time Correctly?

Nowadays students want to do the maximum number of things every day. Some of them simply lose sleep and do everything they want at night. But now it becomes more and more popular to have a plan for the day and organize the time correctly. Promotion of a healthy lifestyle has a great influence on it – more than 75 % of all students go for a sport. They need to have a good sleep and proper nutrition – so they create their daily schedule.

What Are the Advantages of Having a Plan for the Day?

When your time is organized correctly, you will never hurry, you will always be prepared to all your plans and you will have time for everything. It’s perfect for each student to create a daily schedule considering his or her own timetable at the educational establishment, own hobbies and interests. With the plan for the day, you will not miss any minute – if you, of course, organized it correctly. If you have a job, you should have a plan for the day to be able to combine studying and making money. Besides, it’s good for your health to have a regime of the day – it will be easier to keep fit and to be active.

How to Organize the Time Correctly?

It is a difficult question because there is not a clear rule for the daily schedule – everyone has his or her own plans. You can read here only general pieces of advice and then you will be able to create your perfect plan for the day!

The Duration of Sleep

Our body needs 8 hours of sleep per day to function properly. The best hours for having a sleep are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Such time for sleeping is good for your health, but in the modern society,it is unlikely to go to bed at 10 p.m. In the Internet, we can find some new researches devoted to that issue. It’s told there that 6 hours of sleep is enough for us.

After reading a lot of information about this question, we can suggest you the following. 6 hours of sleep is really enough, but your body should get used to it. It will take a week or two to become accustomed to it. So you should start from 8 hours of sleep per day and then reduce the duration of 5-10 minutes daily. Start from the schedule 11 p.m. – 7 a.m. and reduce it to 12 a.m. – 6 a.m. These hours are good for having a sleep (from 12 a.m. to 3 a.m. your body recovers best) and you will have a lot of time for all your plans.

Classes at School or the University

There are 2 main ways of having classes at school and university – the first and the second changes. Each of them has its own advantages and disadvantages, so before choosing the schedule of your classes think what is better for you.

If to speak about the first change, your plan for the day will begin from studying. You should organize your morning according to the beginning of your classes. It is good to have 1 hour for morning matters such as hygiene, breakfast and dressing. Do not forget that for your health it is good to spend 15-20 minutes for each meal during the day. Then after your classes you should have 1 or 2 hours for your hobbies and interests – so you will rest from the classes. After that you have time for your homework. In the evening, you also have time for your hobbies. If you pay for someone to “Do My Homework”, you will have even more time for the things you like to do.

With the second change, everything is much simpler. You should do your homework in the morning before classes and dedicate your evening to your hobbies and interests. This is the best way, because it is always better to study in the morning.

The Combination of Studying and Work

If you have a job, it is not easy to organize your schedule. Your plan for the day will depend on your schedule at work and at the university or school. There is only one advice for you – do your homework in the morning, if possible. If you will learn all the information at night, you will remember almost nothing – your body and brain start to rest and don’t work at full. For both changes of studying it’s better to choose the evening time for work.

Your Food During the Day

It’s very important to eat properly and you should consider it at your daily plan. You should reconcile meals during the day with your opportunities to eat. Don’t forget to have a meal 3 – 5 times per day.

How Not to Forget Your Schedule?

To remember everything you have planned, you should write down your schedule in your notebook (we are talking about a copybook for notes), diary or cellphone.

The Plan for the Day in the Cellphone

It’s the best way to remember all your plans – to save them on your cellphone. You can easily find a lot of apps for this purpose and download them. Those apps will give you reminders about all your plans, you will always have your schedule with you (because your cell phone is always with you) – so you will forget nothing.

The Plan for the Day in the Diary and Notebook

If you are a creative person, you will probably choose this way of making a schedule. There are a lot of copybooks arranged for everyday planning of your life in the Internet and in shops. You can find and choose the best for you. When you plan your day on paper, you have the opportunity to decorate it and make your schedule more colorful. Of course, you will spend time for it, but if you are a creative person and you like to do such things, it will be interesting for you.

This way of planning is also good if you like to save the memorable things – you will be able to open your decorated diary and remember everything that happened to you.

But if you may easily forget your plans, better write your plans on the cellphone – a notebook won’t remind you about them.

You see that it’s very good for everyone, especially for students, to have a daily schedule. It develops your organization and arranges your plans. When you need to work, study and do your homework, you need to have a schedule – so you won’t forget anything, you will deliver all your tasks and you will find the time for having a rest.
