You will complete a program of core construction and management subjects and then undertake a 20-week Work Integrated Learning subject.

Work Integrated Learning

Work Integrated Learning is designed to promote student learning and professional practice. Students participate in a series of experiential exercises that may include field trips, guest lectures from industry leaders and projects. Academic staff and a career advisor monitor all exercises. The subject facilitates students’ ability to apply theoretical knowledge to solve practical workplace problems.

International Students

To fulfil your student visa requirements, you will need to enrol in 30 credit points per semester. However, you may enrol in 40 credit points per semester (with your Program Advisor’s authorisation), which will reduce the time to complete your program.

Domestic Students

You have the option of undertaking either 30 or 40 credit points per semester.

Professional Outcomes

This program prepares graduates for challenging careers in the property and urban development industry and professions. You will develop a wide range of skills required by organisations in the public and private sector, including advising on the use, form, development and potential of property assets and facilities from an organisational, occupational, investment and development perspective.

International students

If you are an international student, you will need to apply either directly by completing a Direct Entry Application Form for Postgraduate Study (accompanied by documented proof of your English language proficiency) or through one of our in-country representatives.

Academic Requirements

Completion of a relevant undergraduate degree program at an approved institution, subject to the decision of the Dean or designate.

English Language Requirements

If English is not your first language, you will be required to provide documented evidence that you have achieved an IELTS score = 6.5 (no subscore less than 6.0) TOEFL score 570 (TWE 5#); [CBT 230, Essay 5.0; iBT 89 min. all sections 20, writing = 22] for direct entry. The Bond College offers a Foundation Program for students whose English language proficiency does not meet the levels required for direct entry, as specified above.
