The MS degree is designed to meet the academic interests of a diverse group of college graduates seeking an advanced degree in environmental science. The Washington State University ESRP program offers students an interdisciplinary graduate experience ensuring that students are provided the level of expertise of a responsible environmental professional.

The MS program serves:

  • Established environmental practitioners with only a bachelorĂ¢s degree who have encountered professional limitations as a consequence of limited academic credentials.
  • Established environmental professionals seeking further specialized instruction in selected areas of environmental science.
  • College graduates for whom a masters degree would allow them greater flexibility in pursuing an engaging career in an environmental specialty.
