However, its implementation also raises ethical dilemmas, privacy concerns, and impacts on job security. How is AI changing the work environment, and what can we expect in the future?

AI algorithms can analyze real-time data to detect signs of stress, anxiety, or burnout in employees. Tools such as wearable sensors, wellness apps, and voice analytics can measure an employee’s emotional state and offer recommendations to improve their well-being.
