The Associate Degree lays the foundations to many career paths for graduates such as property valuer, property developer, project manager, investment manager, asset manager, facilities manager, quantity surveyor, contract administrator, construction manager, property manager and property researcher / analyst.

The Associate Degree in Sustainable Development is made up of 12 theoretical and practical subjects.

There are opportunities for students to continue your studies and complete a Bachelor of Property and Sustainable Development.

Entry requirements

Australian residents living in Queensland

Please lodge your application through the Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre.

Australian residents living outside Queensland

Please contact your nearest Bond University Admissions Manager to arrange a personal interview and lodge a Direct Entry Application Form for Undergraduate Study with the Bond University Office of Admissions, or complete the form online.

International students

If you are an international student, you will need to apply either directly by completing a Direct Entry Application Form for Undergraduate Study (accompanied by documented proof of your English language proficiency) or through one of our in-country representatives.

Academic Requirements

Successful completion of Year 12 or equivalent. The Bond College offers a Foundation Program for students who do not currently have the required academic qualifications.

English Language Requirements

If English is not your first language, you will be required to provide documented evidence that you have achieved an IELTS score = 6.5 (no subscore less than 6.0); TOEFL score 570 (TWE 5#); [CBT 230, Essay 5.0; iBT 89 min. all sections 20, writing = 22] for direct entry. The Bond College offers a Foundation Program for students whose English language proficiency does not meet the levels required for direct entry, as specified above.

Credit for Prior Study

Subject credits may be awarded for previous studies. To apply for credits, you will need to submit academic transcripts including detailed course outlines/subject descriptions for each relevant subject and/or certified copies of testamurs.
